GOALS

Definition: the result  or achievement toward which effort is directed
So with the New Year here we go.
1.Get Tyler in his own room
2. Eat dinner at dinner table every night with no TV.
3. Spend more time together.
4. Lose 20 pounds
5. Start online classes
6. Tyler off pacifier
7. Piano lessons
8. Get all remaining bills paid off
9. Put more into savings
10.Have girls night out once a month

#4 low carb is amazing!! Not NO carb... just minus the surgers and pasta, and flour....no fruit juices and, careful on fruit in general. BUT OH. MY. GOODNESS!! Weight falls off quick!! If you can put up with it...I lost 10 pounds in just over 2 weeks, with rarely working out....the only bad thing is I didn't try during the holidays and game back pretty fast (but I wasn't working out AT ALL). I've gained 4 pounds back. But still. It works!!
